Return and Refund Policy of Topper/ Wig (in Stock)
We accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on all Topper/Wig(in stock) that have not been worn or tampered with.
THE SHIPPING COST OF RETURN/EXCHANGE
If you are returning or exchanging your order, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. We recommend that you send your package with tracking included as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
- Contact firstname.lastname@example.org, provide your name and order details, confirm with us about the shade or item that you want to exchange
- Ship out the hair set and email us the delivery shipping number
- Once we receive and confirm your return item was not used, we'll ship your new hair set out. Kindly allow 3-5 business days for exchange order processing once your set has arrived back at our warehouse. Your exchange items will take an additional 1-2 business days to process and ship from our warehouse.

- Ship out the hair extension and email us the delivery shipping number
- A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not used.
